Acceptable Use Policy

To keep Wdee safe and fair for everyone, there are rules for using the platform. This policy sets out what is allowed and what is prohibited, and it applies to riders, senders, and captains.

1. Permitted use

Use Wdee to book rides, send lawful shipments, and manage your own account and wallet personally and lawfully. Treat everyone with respect.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Any unlawful activity, or using Wdee to facilitate a crime.
  • Harassment, threats, violence, or hate speech against anyone.
  • Impersonating someone else or providing false information.
  • Manipulating prices, creating fake requests, or abusing offers and referrals fraudulently.
  • Attempting to hack the platform, access other users’ data, or disrupt the service.
  • Using a captain account without valid verification, or sharing an account with another person.
  • Paying off-platform to dodge commission in breach of the terms.

3. Prohibited items and cargo

You may not transport or send any of the following via Wdee:

  • Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.
  • Drugs and legally prohibited substances.
  • Flammable or hazardous materials without proper authorisation and packaging.
  • Live animals in a way that breaks the law or without the captain’s consent.
  • Stolen or smuggled goods.
  • Anything prohibited by Sudanese law or that endangers the captain.

4. Honesty about content

The sender is responsible for accurately describing the shipment and its contents. Giving a false description to get around these restrictions is a clear breach of this policy.

5. Consequences of a breach

Depending on severity, we may take action including a warning, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, and blocking access to the platform. In serious cases we may report to the relevant authorities. These decisions are made to protect the safety and fairness of the platform.

6. Reporting

If you witness or experience a violation, report it immediately through support. We review every report seriously.

To report a violation or abusive behaviour: use the support button in the app or email legal@wdeesudan.com.
