Terms of Service

Wdee is an intermediary platform that connects you with an independent captain. The captain is not a Wdee employee; they are an independent service provider. Wdee provides the technology, pricing, and support, while the service itself (the ride or the cargo delivery) is provided by the captain.

• You must be 18 or older.
• Provide accurate details and keep your account and mobile number secure.
• You are responsible for any activity under your account.
• Captains must complete verification (KYC) and provide a valid licence and vehicle documents.

The price is calculated by Wdee’s server (server-authoritative) and shown to you as a fixed amount before you confirm — on-screen estimates are display-only. You can pay the captain in cash, from your Wdee wallet, or via Bankak or MyCashi. Wallet top-ups may require payment proof and admin confirmation.

Wdee takes a commission or subscription from the captain depending on their plan. Prices may change, and any change applies to new requests.

You can cancel for free before the captain arrives. After arrival or once the trip has started, a small cancellation fee may apply, deducted per the cancellation policy shown at the time of the request. Scheduled or prepaid shipments follow the rules shown at booking.

By using Wdee you agree to the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, do not transport prohibited items, and treat captains and riders with respect. Breaching this may suspend your account.

Wdee provides safety features such as PIN verification, trip sharing, live tracking, and an SOS button. But safety is a shared responsibility — follow the law, and in an emergency contact the relevant authorities.

Wdee makes reasonable efforts to run a reliable service, but the platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Wdee is not responsible for the independent conduct of captains or riders, nor for indirect damages. We do not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, on suspicion of fraud, or to protect the safety of the platform and its users. You may also close your account at any time.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use Wdee after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan, and any dispute is resolved before its competent authorities, unless the law provides otherwise.
